Figmint — Privacy Policy

Figmint is built privacy-first. The short version: your ideas stay on your device, the AI runs entirely on your device, and we (the developer) have no servers and never receive, see, collect, sell, or share your information.

What we collect

Nothing. Figmint has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers. We do not gather usage data, identifiers, contacts, or location.

Where your ideas live

• On your device. The ideas, notes, questions, and plans you create are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.
• Your private iCloud (optional). So your ideas appear on all your devices, Figmint syncs them through your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data lives in your personal iCloud space — not on any server we control, and we cannot access it. It is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can turn iCloud off for Figmint in iOS Settings at any time.

The AI is on your device

Figmint's suggestions — the questions it asks, the first steps it proposes, the reflections it writes — are generated by intelligence that runs entirely on your device (Apple's on-device Foundation Models, with a built-in offline model on devices that don't support Apple Intelligence). Your ideas are never sent to us or to any external AI service to do this, and Figmint makes no network requests of its own for ideas — everything stays on your device.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Figmint may send you an occasional gentle nudge about an idea. These are scheduled and composed on your device. You can disable them in iOS Settings.

Children

Figmint does not collect data from anyone, including children, and contains no ads or third-party content.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, we'll update the date above and post the revised version here.
